FEEDBACK ON NOMINEES
Being able to give and receive feedback with care and consciousness is an essential tool for the health and growth of our community. Sharing feedback is an offering made with the intention to enable progress and truth.
The feedback form has been designed with the intention to help the feedback giver to embrace different perspectives by answering a set of three questions. Please take the time to answer all of them, even if it's just one word.
While answering these questions, we invite you to:
- stay away from judgement, blame and accusations,
- be as specific as possible (give examples for when and where you have observed or experienced something),
- remember that we are all here for the same Dream.
